I recently had the pleasure of redesigning the website for a popular e-commerce brand. The goal of the redesign was to improve the user experience and increase conversions.
Context
I started by conducting extensive research into the brand's target audience, identifying pain points and areas for improvement. I then used this research to inform my design decisions, creating wireframes and prototypes to test different layouts and features. The final design incorporated a clean, modern aesthetic with a focus on ease of use and clear calls-to-action. Since the launch of the redesign, the brand has seen a significant increase in sales and customer satisfaction.
